Hannah Montana movie director Peter Chelsom has said he doesn't think there will be a sequel to the film

The movie is out later this year and stars 16-year-old Miley Cyrus as the lead role of Hannah Montana. It is based on the successful TV series, which also stars Miley.


But the director of the film said he thinks Miley wants to do other parts.


He said: "I don't know what else there would be to say." He added to E! Online: "I suppose there's a chance, but I have a feeling Miley wants to do other stuff."


Peter also added that, after a cameo in the film, he hopes to work with country singer Taylor Swift in the future.


He said: "She only did a day, but I've made a very big mental check to work with her again."


Peter added: "If she walked in the room right now, I would say: 'Can we meet and talk about films you might want to do?' I don't have anything concrete, but I would be very keen to do something with her."
