Miley Cyrus won't be queueing for Twilight's New Moon.

Cyrus admitted she also had not seen the first Twilight movie and said she did not understand the popularity of the series.

Cyrus, 16, told a music news website: "I've never seen it nor will I ever. I don't believe in it. I don't like vampires, I don't like the wolf that pops out on the screen when I'm watching my TV at night. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't like the shirts. I don't like any of it.

She continued:"I feel like seriously, people get really into it, people always fall in love with the characters. I don't know. I'm not into it. I feel really lame because everyone's so excited."

Cyrus in a recent independent move shut down her Twitter page, and also said she had never heard a Jay-Z song.
