Rihanna breaks her silence over Chris Brown attack

Rihanna has spoken for the first time about being attacked by Chris Brown, admitting: "He was definitely my first big love."

The Umbrella star, giving her first interview about the attack, says her powerful feelings for Brown made the attack all the more traumatic to deal with.

And she also spoke about how the worldwide attention over the attack changed her life.

"I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears," the 21-year-old beauty said.

"That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. It was like, 'What, there are helicopters circling my house? There are 100 people in my cul-de-sac? What do you mean, I can't go back home?"

The star insists she has come through the ordeal well, insisting: "I'm stronger, wiser and more aware."

And she stressed that her case also highlights how domestic abuse can come crushing down on anybody.

"This happened to me. It can happen to anyone," she said.

ummm...well i do feel sorry 4 her cuz i no wut its lyk 2 have yer boi hit u especially one u love...but is better if u get over it n get on wit yer lyf...da way i see it is if he dont care about u u shuldent care about him...and wut ever she did is noooo excuse for any one wh calls demself a man 2 hit a women....at least she learned her lesson...u a great singer an soo beautiful juss get on wit yer lyf gurl

nd you and britney spears is not the smae she actually went through something and made something better of herself..and you making something of your self by selling a story get over it you stay in the car to get a ****whipping now you got it deal with it and move on stop tell the same story over and over cause it wont cahnge it take 2 to fight not 1 person he was wrong but wat did you do on your behalf that it got to that point please tell that

she so pittful and need so much attention i dont beieve it was the first time her and chris brown got into it but why stay around for something you know is not good..and when it falls now now she want to tell it all..the media is putting so much attention to this one couple and there more people going through it while kids in there home..rihanna need to grow up and stop makinmoney of something that is serious..she a ****

I just feel like, for the simple fact that rihanna is a female, no one looks at the fact that she could've put her hands on chris and if they did look at it then it was ignored, but for the simple fact rihannas petite story was "oh so sad and horrible"it made rihanna seem like an angels who's humane and humble, and chris seem like a devil who's a menace to society. Rihanna ruined chris's career....so basically screww her
