Teen star Emma Roberts says fame won't change her

She might be the niece of Hollywood superstar Julia Roberts, but teen star Emma Roberts claims she is still grounded.

Unlike many childhood stars who crash and burn as they grow older, the Nancy Drew actress insists she will hang on to her good girl image.

While promoting her new movie Lymelife, Roberts told Hollyscoop.com: "I have a really great group of friends whom I hang out with all the time.

"I have a great family who keep me grounded. I do my own thing and try not to draw attention to myself."

And so far Roberts has managed to avoid the many pitfalls of superstardom, unlike predecessors such as Lindsay Lohan, who shot to fame in the family movie Parent Trap and later went to rehab, and Britney Spears, who made it in the Mickey Mouse club but went on to have a breakdown, shave her head and be sectioned.
