AFI (A Fire Inside) formed in 1991 and is a alternative rock band from Ukiah California. The band had its first major success after 12 years with the song Sing The Sorrow which hit in the top 5 songs in the Billboard 200. Over the years the band members have changed slightly. The band consists of Current Members Davey Hovk - lead vocals Jade Puget - Guitars, keyboards Hunter Burgan - bass, keyboards Adam Carson - drums, percussion Former Vic Chalker - bass Geoff Kresge - bass .
