I have to agree, its far from the best, but it still kicks like only AC/DC can. Angus blows the mind with his simple yet stunning riffs, and him playing slide guitar on Stormy May Day was a pleasant surprise, its a new favorite of mine. Brian once again deliveres lyrics like the fist of an angry god, while at the same time showing he can, in fact, sing. All in all, 8 years in coming and I'm ****ed happy. Welcome back guys, the posers have been keeping your throne warm.

what can I say? almost pissed myself when I heard they were making a new album. 8 years is one hell of a break, guys. I guess that' the reason why I expected smth completely explosive from the band when maybe I shouldn't have. my impressions - good. a solid 4 out of 5, but to my opinion Black Ice is FAR from the best they can do. Still, I'm pretty satisfied with the album and thankful to the band for not forgetting its fans =)
