Remember when we counted down our list of Most-Wanted Hip Hop Comebacks? That list was all brought-about because of rumours about a Missy Elliott comeback. Well, those exciting rumours have finally turned into FACT: Missy Elliott is officially scheduled to make a “special appearance” with Timbaland at rap festival Rock The Bells this summer!
Rock The Bells festival has been running since 2004 and has brought huge acts like Snoop Dogg, A Tribe Called Quest, and Nas. They have a history of bringing groups and rappers out of hiding and back to the stage, Wu-Tang Clan famously reunited at the very first Rock The Bells and performed altogether 4 months before ODB’s death. We know that Missy Elliott’s much-anticipated comeback will be the must-see attraction at this year’s festival.
