What would you do if you were asked to sing the national anthem in front of hundreds of people? Country singer Luke Bryan recently learned what not to do when he wrote the lyrics on his hand prior to his performance and offended some people.
Bryan was asked to sing The Star Spangled Banner for the Major League Baseball All-Star game last night and angered some of his audience when he was seen looking down at his hand where he had apparently scrawled the lyrics. He later apologized on his Twitter with the following explanation:
I had a few keys words written down to insure myself that I wouldn't mess up. I just wanted to do my best. I promise it was from the heart.
