While still in the midst of her worldwide tour for her most recent album Born This Way, Lady Gaga has revealed the name of her next album: ARTPOP. Earlier this week  Mother Monster tweeted the above photo with the caption “new ink new album.” and ARTPOP began to trend. She later tweeted this style-note for all us music journalists:

make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, *its all in the details* good morning twitter!

As if that weren’t enough excitement for all her Little Monsters, Gaga then posted (on the appropriately-named site LittleMonsters.com) the very first line of lyrics from the new album:

‘A hybrid can withstand these things, my heart can beat with bricks and strings. My ARTPOP could mean anything.”
