Before computers and the Internet, lyrics were written out the old fashioned way—with ink, on paper. Our Handwritten Lyrics features act as a bit of a throwback to that era, allowing artists to write out their lyrics by hand and add a personal touch to them. This year we featured a bunch of artists, but these three were our favorites. Heart wrote out their classic song “Barracuda”; Serena Ryder wrote out “Stompa”; and Hedley scrawled their hit song “Kiss You Inside Out.”
