Cold Case chooses Bob Seger classics for murder episode

The edgy television show Cold Case will feature music by veteran US rocker Bob Seger.

An upcoming episode titled Iced that deals with the so-called Miracle on Ice will feature Seger classics for their resonance with missed opportunities. They include Ramblin Gamblin Man, Her Strut, Rock and Roll Never Forgets, Roll Me Away, Night Moves, Fire Down Below and Against the Wind.

The CBS network said in a release: "In the episode [to air December 13], entitled Iced, the team tries to determine who murdered a minor-league ice hockey player on the memorable night that the US hockey team beat the Soviet Union in the 1980 Olympics.
