    My grandpa and grandma died from cancer. My other grandma just got over breast cancer in 2008. I've only seen my dead grandma once, right after i was born, and I've never seen my dead grandpa, but I still miss them.

    my grampa larry hobbs died of lung cancer and was creamated when i was only 3 I MISS YOU LARRY WHEREVER YOU ARE! P.S. ALL THIS HAPPENED IN 2002 SNIFF SNIFF

    This songs is wonderful and so touching to me...I suffered of cancer when I was 8 years old,until I was 13 years old.Having come close to death,I know that this song is so awfully true.
    RIP for all those who didn't make it at last.

    I only came on here to look at the lyrics, and ended up registering just so I could write this comment.
    I sat here, and read through pages of comments, and I'm now in floods of tears. I couldn't even begin to imagine how hard it is for everyone of you who has lost someone, you're in my heart.
    And thank MCR for bringing you all together, and letting you meet others in the same situation as you.
    Stay strong, you're in my prayers.

    The first time I heard this song I cried because the day that I listened to it I found out that my grandpa had just died of cancer. I still cry every time I hear this song. All of my friends think I'm weird for liking this song because they think it's depressing. But this song touches me and it makes me think of the pain that my grandpa went through.

    my dad died 16th nov 2008 of lung canser after a 4yr battle
    when my mum 1st heard this song, she didn't want me to listen to it, she thought that it would upset me, but now i listen to it all the time, remembering him and the pain he was in and the fight that he had, he was such a brave man, luv him always, my heart goes out to anyonw how has anybody they know suffering from this disease and to everybody who has lost someone to the desease
