Sexy singer Ciara joined the catwalk hopefuls on America's Next Top Model for a saucy photoshoot.

The R&B diva showed she is a natural in front of the cameras as she posed with each of the contestants in turn.

Each contestant had to play the part of a crazed fan as they were wrapped up in microphone wire in skimpy bikinis in front of Ciara on stage.

The judges including Tyra Banks lavished praise on Ciara for “nailing” the shoot - but they were not quite so complimentary about some of the aspiring models.

R&B star Ciara has recalled the "surreal" moment she spoke to Michael Jackson and met his sister Janet two years ago.

Ciara, 23, is currently touring with Britney Spears, and her single Love Sex Magic with Justin Timberlake has become a hit in music charts around the world.

Talking about her meeting with Jacko, she said: "I was at Whitney Houston's house for a Super Bowl night about two years ago and I met Janet Jackson.

"I even had a phone conversation with Michael Jackson - he wanted me to be part of the Hurricane Katrina charity song he was doing.

"I was like: 'Of course!' And he called me and that was really cool. I was like, this is so surreal."

R&B singer Ciara said it's "important" for her generation of musicians to keep Michael Jackson's memory alive after his death.

Ciara, 23, said that she isn't aware of a memorial concert being put together by singer Justin Timberlake, 28, but said she would get involved in a tribute gig.

Ciara said: "I don't know anything about Justin putting together a show for Michael, but of course I'd love to be involved if anything comes to light. MJ was my biggest inspiration and I was flabbergasted to hear of his death.

"I had been so looking forward to seeing Michael's show in London and finally meeting him. It's important for my generation of musicians to keep his memo .....

Ciara almost axed Chris Brown duet

Ciara has revealed she almost dropped a duet with Chris Brown from her new album after he was accused of beating up Rihanna.

The R'n'B star's new release, Fantasy Ride, features a collaboration with Brown, and she said she thought about axing the cut from the disc. However, she decided against it at the last minute because she liked the song, Turntables, too much.

Ciara, 23, said: "That was one of my favourites. I'll be honest, initially it does cross your mind, like 'What am I going to do with this record?' We recorded it a while ago. For me, it's about the music."

She added to the New York Post: "It's on my album because it sounds good and feels good to me."

Sexy singer Ciara admits she loved smooching Justin Timberlake for her new video - but insists his girlfriend Jessica Biel is not jealous.

Ciara got to have a passionate kiss with Timberlake for the video for her single Sex Love Magic.

"Kissing him wasn't bad at all," Ciara admitted with a big smile.

"Justin's a sweetheart, and the whole shoot felt very organic. It all flowed so well."

But she insists all is cool with Biel who seemed to show no signs of jealousy.

"I met her, and she's very nice," said Ciara.

"I think she was cool [that I kissed her man]. She seems like a confident girl, so there's nothing for her to worry about."
