Disney actress Demi Lovato has finally denied that she is dating fellow teen star Joe Jonas.


Rumours have been swirling for weeks that the former Camp Rock 2 co-stars were getting cosy and had been dating.


But Lovato has finally taken to her Twitter page to clear up the rumours.


She Tweeted: "There's been a lot of rumors lately that I'm dating one of my best friends Joe. I can promise my entire career that I am not.


"We've NEVER dated. He's incredible, but we don't have feelings for each other in that way. I love you guys, and I wouldn't lie about that.

Camp Rock star Demi Lovato has revealed she wrote a love song with Nick Jonas for her album.


Demi, 17, is best-known for her role as Mitchie Torres in the Disney flick Camp Rock, which also stars the Jonas Brothers.


Talking about writing tracks, Demi said: "I write a lot of songs with the Jonas Brothers and they're great guys. When we write together, we have a lot of fun.


"We actually have the same managers and similar schedules so we see each other a lot.


"I love hanging out with them - they're great guys. In fact, Nick wrote a song with me on my album - a love song. It was great!"

Disney star Demi Lovato has admitted she had to be home-schooled after bullies targeted her at school.


The 16-year-old, who is best known for her role as Mitchie Torres in Camp Rock, said her fame led to her being bullied by classmates.


"I was home-schooled from about 13 because I was bullied pretty badly,” she revealed.


"It was pretty devastating. But the final straw was when I was chased into the toilets by girls, threatening to punch me. I was so scared I called mum - we decided I'd stay at home after that.


"But it made me more focused on writing my music and spurred me on to want success. And I've just graduated early!"
