You guys are fools. There is absolutely NO evidence that we evolved from a rock billions of years ago. Evolution is NOT real science. Its the losers way of trying to explain how they got here without acknowledging their Creator. Evolution has NEVER been proven and never will be. Even evolutionists admit that there is no actual proof of molecules-to-man evolution and that the ONLY reason why they continue to BLINDLY believe in evolution is because the ONLY alternative is to believe that we were created by God (yes, they actually said that). It takes so much more faith to believe in evolution than it does to believe that there is a God. We aren't freak accidents of nature.

its a good song nad the lyrics are deep. but everyone has their own opinion if you watch the video its was like about de-evolution like we were forming back to the original creatuers we were born as. but in my opinion man has evolved from some extinct just not from monkeys. i think they were wrong to go on and on about evolution like it was some great theory. but thats all it is is a theory. we dont know if really did evolve.. the scientist today dont know what was going on a million years ago.. so there really isnt any proof. just theories.

song and lyric are good, but from my point of view human were stupid from the beginning...look to the ancient Rome or Aztecs haw they lived, today ppl want only more money then glory.
thats no so black and white but some true it has.
and we are not stupid we are only poisoned,sick and lazy,its normal in this situation and one more thing in about 4-10000 years evolution is featureless and this wrong way could be change mostly if you look around yourself, from everywhere you see haw its bad etc so the methods are still slowly improving...only one thing could extirpate our genus and its passivity

I enjoy looking at those comments because one thing it proves : We are thinking ! I can't listen to those religious fanatics that didn't tryied in their lifes to figure it out for themselves . Here on this site are humans that have the IQ above average . I believe in evolution but in the same time in God , I think that God is the energy of the Universe , not that God who will punish us - there is no such thing as Hell - God gave that impulse to the Big Bang theory wich started evolution , we are not made from sand or magic .
And I do believe that ''we are whoever we want to be '' , i think that if u want to be a musician your brain will configure itself for the musician ability , or give any other exemple , in other words WE ARE THE GODS OF OUR OWN BEING !

a theory cannot be proven only disproven get your facts straight before you say something like that bassgeetar. and the theory of evolution hasn't been disproven yet. and for one thing evolution is a fact they know for sure things have gone through some sort of evolution but the theory is on how, whether god or just nature. no one knows and thus that's why it's a theory cuzz it hasn't bene disproven but also can't be proven if it's a theory. theories arent' wront so just learn your terms. theories explain laws. so before you go on saying evolution isn't true or antyhing like that come up with an actual good arguement. and the arguement religion brings is pathetic don't even try it.

Alright, I'll admit I like the song, but I don't agree with its lyrics. A point I'd like to bring up to wmoyer2006. Evolution is not proven. If it were it would no longer be called a theory. Yet that is what it is and what it will remain, a theory. There is no solid proof, just guesses. Evolution at its purest form is nothing more than another religion. And as a side note to applesauce. Yes, it is depressing he left, he was a great guitarist, but he was also in some deep stuff and needed to get his life on track because he had a daughter.

How can you have so much faith in something that cannot be proven, when Evolution can not be denied anymore. Every step has been documented now.

Keep talking to your imaginary friend, and keep finding it more comforting to believe that this is not it.

Many of the posts here tend to lend credibility to the possibility that you may still be monkeys. Actual evolution is missing two main points that rend it useless: 1. What started the movement of the first atoms and where did they come from? 2. Randomness does not cause complexity.
Children need a real education.

This form itself proves that our evolution is decreasing. I mean some of you on the form can't even spell monkeys/monkey’s (which means belonging to them. Try spell check). Besides the fact that science has more or less proven that we have evolved from monkeys. I mean they have the same physical featured as us including skeletal structure. A meteor hitting and we just can to be... Think about it kind of stupid don't you think? And God creating us... Where did he come from? Who created him? There are much more questions on those tw0 then the monkeys itself.
This is the perfect song to show how stupid we are becoming with no challenges to over come evolution just stop and we become stagnant, like Russia

Are you serious? That song is amazing! They're not trying to get you to believe that monkeys are smarter than us (yeah, "monkeys" is the plural of "monkey", guys) but just to consider stepping it up. And by the way, if you're letting this song tell you "to tell the media to f--- off," doesn't that make a paradox? Anyway, through surgery, medicine, and human control, we have eliminated the basic dangers of life and extended lifespans by some fifty years. This decreases our CAPACITY but increases our PRODUCTIVITY. Hence the overpopulation. There is no such thing as equilibrium in this world - unless we've already reached it.

In my opionion this song is great. The music as well as the message.
Even the video related to this song is awesome.
But it sort of reminds me of the movie "Idiocracy". It deals with the same subject.
The average IQ is decreasing, high IQ families have less children than low IQ families.
As the video says since we (human beings) do not have any natural predators and due to medical advanements it's no longer survival of the fittest. All those who would usually be "sorted out" by evolution do survive and pass on their DNA.
So the number of human beings on this planet continues increasing beyond all compare. There is no balance between us and our environmet. We exploit & destroy the planet.

And I don't think it will take "a million years" until the planet "goes astray"
