Geri Halliwell greets hairdresser in just her underwear

Geri Halliwell reportedly left her hairdresser embarrassed when she greeted him in her underwear.

It is claimed that the 37-year-old former Spice Girls star thought the man was gay and wouldn't mind her scantily-clad body, however he asked her to cover up as he is actually heterosexual.

He said to UK newspaper Daily Star: "She presumed that, because I am a hairdresser, I'd be gay. Well I'm not, I love ladies.

"The sight of her standing there in her bra and knickers was embarrassing, so I told her to get dressed so I could focus. She was then embarrassed too and, once she'd got her clothes on, she was quite rude.

Geri Halliwell accidentally showed off her underwear when she went out in London wearing a see-through dress.

The 36-year-old former Spice Girl visited a clinic in north London wearing a black floral dress that gave onlookers a good view of her underwear when it went see-through in the sunshine.

Meanwhile, the singer was recently seen taking flying lessons just months after she had to make an emergency landing in a helicopter when she took a flight with her boyfriend Henry Beckwith, her three-year-old daughter and a nanny.

Geri Halliwell is spicing up her life by learning to fly.

The singer was spotted at an airfield having her first lesson in a helicopter.

Former Spice Girl Halliwell looked relaxed in a vest top, combats and lace-up black boots for the tutorial in Buckinghamshire.

In June, she and her boyfriend Henry Beckwith had to make an emergency helicopter landing and ended up in a family's back garden.

Beckwith was piloting the chopper, but his antics obviously haven't put Halliwell off.

Other stars who have been seen learning to fly include Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

Geri Halliwell, 37, is following in the flying steps of Angelina Jolie, taking to the skies in a helicopter to learn how to fly.

The former Spice Girl had her first flying lesson at an airfield in Buckinghamshire. Jolie was seen recently taking lessons at a California school in the US.

Halliwell appeared delighted as she chatted with crew members on the ground. The lessons may have something to do with a recent emergency landing Halliwell made with her boyfriend, Henry Beckwith, her daughter Bluebell, 3, and her nanny.

Their copter was forced to land in a family garden in Devon due to a sea fog.

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell celebrated her 37th birthday with a night out with pals including Emma Bunton.

Geri celebrating her coming of age with a trip out in London with boyfriend Henry Beckwith and friends.

She was first taken to the Palm restaurant in Knightsbridge where a surprise party was held with guests including comic Alan Carr, 33, and her Spice Girls pal Emma Bunton, also 33.

The girls later headed to celebrity club Whisky Mist, a favourite with Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio. The pals spent a few hours at the celeb-haunt before Emma, who was accompanied by boyfriend Jade Jones, returned home.

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has admitted she isn't sure if she is going to have another baby.

Halliwell, 36, already has one daughter - Bluebell, three - from her relationship with screenwriter Sacha Gervasi.

The singer is dating aristocrat Henry Beckwith, and she said: "The further from the baby stage Bluebell gets the easier it seems, so I'm not so sure any more. Having a baby is the most consuming thing you can do."

However, Halliwell admitted that she has given adoption a thought instead of having another baby herself.

She said: "I've thought about adopting and am still open to that idea."

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has reportedly made up with Piers Morgan after he said she was the "most annoying" celebrity.

Piers, 44, who used to be a newspaper editor before finding fame on shows such as Britain's Got Talent, came face to face with Geri, 36, at the Cartier International Day at the Guards Polo Club.

However, there was no hostility between the pair and a source said: "Geri went over to Piers and congratulated him on his professional comeback."

The source added: "Piers was very polite and invited her on to his chat show."

Piers was sacked as editor of the Daily Mirror in 2004 and has since become a worldwide celebrity.

Geri Halliwell used her boyfriend for cover after suffering a wardrobe malfunction in front of a crowd of photographers.

Geri, 36, was attending the 2009 Cartier International Polo Day with her boyfriend Henry Beckwith when her white lace dress got entangled with her underwear.

The star then ducked behind Henry, whom she has been dating for the past four months, to sort out the problem before bravely walking on.

The pair attended the event at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor Great Park in Surrey, where she rubbed shoulders with celebrities such as Anna Friel and Scream star Neve Campbell.

Geri Halliwell has adopted two lion cubs after falling in love with them at her local zoo.

The 36-year-old often visits the Paradise Wildlife Park near her home in Hertfordshire with her three-year-old daughter Bluebell Madonna.

The star has now adopted two cubs, which she has called Rudi and Aphrodite.

A source said: "Geri goes to the park quite a lot and fell in love with them, so she decided she must have them. She will receive an adoption certificate shortly and the whole thing will be official."
