    The reason SOME people hate the first and third line is because them lines are the most true and it challenges their ideals, and it scares them because it is all they have known to believe due to the brainwashing of society. See its easy to not answer some real deep questions about life and death by just copping out to the heaven/hell theory. Its just a cop out to a real answer. The actual reality is Heaven and Hell is here on Earth, and they are created and DIS-CREATED with in our choices of living and moralities, etc....
