Ja Rule is Irv Gotti’s flagship singer for his label called “Def Jam-affiliated Murder Inc”. Born as Jeffrey Atkins in February of 1976, Ja Rule was raised in New York City, in Queens. He is considered as one of the most successful rappers in the early months of the 2000s. His 1999 album named: “Venni Vetti Vecci”, gave Ja Rule a name in the music arena.
