Jennifer Lopez laughed off her fall at the American Music Awards, joking that it was all part of the act.

The 40-year-old singer was performing her new single, Louboutin, at the ceremony when she took a tumble during her routine.

She told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show: "Did I trip a little bit? I don't even remember."

"Yeah, I meant to do that. That was part of the choreography," she added laughing.

Joking aside, Lopez took credit for her recovery after her stumble as the show must go on.

"The measure of things isn't what happens when you fall, it's how you recover when you fall," she said.

And despite her sudden collapse, Lopez admitted .....

Singer Jennifer Lopez took a tumble during her performance of her new track at the recent AMAs.

The 40-year-old star was in the middle of a performance of her latest song Louboutins when she fell at the 2009 American Music Awards.

The singer had the stage converted into a boxing ring for the performance and during the song, she climbed on top of a pyramid of dancers.

However she fell while on top of the pyramid but she quickly got up and professionally continued with the track.

Country singer Taylor Swift, 19, picked up five trophies at the awards ceremony while King of Pop Michael Jackson won four posthumous gongs.

Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband claims he is being followed and has become the victim of death threats.

Ojani Noa, who is trying to sell sex tapes featuring the chart star, says he has been trailed by a car, which his manager alleges is linked to Lopez.

His business manager Ed Meyer told a US magazine: "She's having him followed. We just ran the license plate of the car, and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani's scared."

But a Lopez source insisted Ojani was being "paranoid", and was being tracked by a process server trying to hand him legal papers.

Ojani's lawyer, Frank Sanes Jr., told a US newspaper: "We have some concerns right now about the pers .....

A Los Angeles judge issued a temporary restraining order over intimate video footage of Jennifer Lopez.

The order was made ahead of a scheduled court hearing for Tuesday.

It applies to Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa and the former couple's steamy honeymoon video and other home videos.

Los Angeles Superior Court judge James Chalfant granted the order after Lopez on Friday filed a lawsuit alleging Noa is seeking a buyer for a film which includes the honeymoon footage.

Lopez is claiming breach of contract and seeking $10 million in damages.

Filmmaker Ed Meyer is also named in the suit, records show.

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly filed a $10 million lawsuit against her first husband.

The superstar claims that Ojani Noa - who she married in 1997 and divorced a year later - is planning to release a tell-all film entitled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.

In documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the mum-of-two claims the film represents a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back, according to TMZ.com.

The Monster-in-Law actress was reportedly told that footage depicts her "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoo .....

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez has said she wants to work on projects that her children will be "proud of" one day.

The 40-year-old actress is mum to 20-month-old twins Max and Emme and said she thinks differently about what she works on since becoming a mum.

She said: "Being a mother has changed the way I look at my work in a very positive way. I want to be able to create and be part of things that I know my children will be proud of one day.

"It has really helped me stay focused on what is important and what is right for me."

She told Britain's SHE magazine: "Right now, I am at a place in my life where I feel immense happiness and fulfilment.

Jennifer Lopez appears to be following suit - pyjama-like - with Kylie Minogue.

The two megastars have debuted the new leisure nightwear look while out and about in the style capital of New York.

Lopez appeared in a loose-fitting nightwear-styled garment of top and pants with her husband Marc Anthony at a Miami Dolphins and New York Jets game. The smart couple was accompanied by Naomi Campbell and her beau Vladislav Doronin.

Lopez, 40, looked happy and relaxed, while Anthony was engaged to sing the national anthem before the start of the game.

Both Lopez and Minogue teamed the curious emerging bedroom look with high heels and jewellery.

Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has said she and her husband Marc Anthony don't play games to make each other jealous.

The 40-year-old has admitted that neither she or her singer husband Marc, 41, feel threatened by the attention they receive from fans.

The pair, who have been married for five years and have 19-month-old twins Max and Emme together, try not to get let jealousy be a part of their relationship.

She said: "I don't get jealous. We don't play that game. We don't say, 'Hey, did you see that girl/guy looking at me?' That is not our thing.

"You'd have to ask him if he gets jealous, but honestly, we don't play that game or any other game."

Jennifer Lopez will star alongside an Australian actor of little renown, Alex O'Loughlin.

The LA-based hunk will play the romantic lead opposite Lopez in The Back-Up Plan.

O'Loughlin, 34, has also filmed a role in the upcoming Whiteout with Kate Beckinsale.

O'Loughlin in The Back-Up Plan plays a character who meets Zoe, played by Lopez, who is undergoing IVF treatment. She tries to hide her pregnancy from him, which makes for some healthy romantic comedy.

O'Loughlin grew up in the Australian capital city of Canberra and has appeared on a string of US television shows. He broke up with singer and actress Holly Valance earlier this year after a three-year ro .....

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez has said having children has given her a "whole new perspective" when she plays a mum now for a film role.

Jennifer, 40, is mum to 18-month-old twins Max and Emme with husband Marc Anthony, 41, and recently had to wear a pregnancy tummy for her role in movie The Back-Up Plan.

Asked how it was to don the tummies, Jennifer said to British magazine OK!: "Well, it's so recent for me that it felt pretty normal! It's not like a distant memory. It's still hot and sweaty, even if it's fake!"

Jennifer admitted that it easier to get into the role of a mum after having children herself.

She said: "Yeah, definitely. I'd done it before, .....
