This almost full instrumental, entitled after the group's own name, "Kajagoogoo", is one of the band's best achievements ever. This song was included on their smash hit debut album "WHITE FEATHERS", out in 1983, from which 3 singles were taken - but the Kajagoogoo instrumental theme was a rather popular stand-out track, which was even performed for the notorious TV program of the '80, 'The Tube' (many synthpop groups tried their things down there: it was the definitive trial, it was either sink or swim... Bananarama sang a version of their hit of the time, "Robert DeNiro's Waiting"... It was such a big success...) The live performance of Kajagoogoo's self-titled song is also reproposed in their one videoconcert for the "WHITE FEATHERS TOUR", followed in the UK by 66,000 people! The live version of "Kajagoogoo" (which 'The Tube' wrongly announced on the TV screen title as "Preparing Myself for a Fall", which isn't actually a song, but only the main line of the chorus of another song of theirs, "Interview Room", a popular B-side, also performed live during the "WHITE FEATHERS TOUR" of 1983). 5 stars for KAJAGOOGOO...!
