It means that many of us struggle with who we once were and then evolve into someone that is more presentable before God. On Redemption Hill He was just beaten and flogged because He was simply telling the truth. He was sent by God to grow inside of a virgin and to then later die horrificly by the hands of unbeliever's. God flooded the earth because things were out of control. So, to send and example and to show God's wonderful unconditional love to all of us, yes I said all of us no matter who you are He sent his only son to be born of flesh, and to be tempted in everyway we are tempted but because we are born sinner's we sin and fall short. When Christ died on the cross He was being sacrificed because of OUR SINS! And no one comes to the Father except through the Son. His blood was spilled and at that moment it was forever imprinted into our hearts the love He has for all of us. For many of us that like myself were looking for true love, and didn't quite know the true meaning of how true love was supposed to feel like to recieve or had never been shown what love was or what it was to look like or feel like. To know true love, you must feel the amazing love of God and the love of Jesus. Blessings to my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
