This song means so much to me. I used to work at a huge radio station under a HUGE radio personality as an intern and then as a co-host because of my appearance on season five of American Idol. I am generally really nice, but i became a characeter for the show that was cruel and evil to celebrities and fellow contestants. I compromised myself as a person. My ideas were never heard and I just did what they told me. Me and the main personality were close as friends and in the end I was thrown in the dust and betrayed left to figured it all out by myself and without a job. I ended up making it to Idol the next season even farther and of course I got a call back to come back, but i denied. This time saying who i was, finding my voice in MANY ways and insisting that I would be TRUE to it forever more.
