@margardo7 CORRECTION... Roland Orzabal actually wrote the song. It just so happens that two different artists decided to sing it and put it on their albums. Gary just remade it and made the rest of us aware of it... his version , two decades later, made the song popular again.

such a good song. i love this slow version so much, maybe even more than Tears for Fears. Don't get me wrong, i love TFF(Tears For Fears)and their version of the song, But their version hides the true meaning and impact of of the song with the dance beat.

When I hear this song I'm always reminded of the life quote "Don't worry about life cause you're never gonna make it out a live." Sometimes in life it's like you're either stumbling or sleeping through it, you sometimes literally don't have it in you to get up in the morning so you dont and while you're moving it's like everything coming at you and the world is gonna colapse on you any minute and your actually waiting for it to happen. In this song it's like the person is barely gathering everything and is afraid maybe they're not living right so they just listen and hope that's all they need but one day they figure out if that everyones playing a game and they all want something rule number one is don't trust anyone.
