Madonna left the Crillon Hotel in Paris, France on Saturday as she made her way to the venue that she would be performing at on Saturday night. Despite hit and miss revues of her world tour, the material girl seemed to be in good spirits as she gave awaiting photographers a little smirk before disappearing into her car.
