Kid Rock blasts Twitter

Kid Rock has blasted social networking site Twitter - branding it "gay".

The musician said he is no fan of the online communication tool that lets users tell the world what they are doing in short messages, or Tweets.

He said: "It's gay. If one more person asks me if I have a Twitter, I'm going to tell them, 'Twitter this s*it, motherf*cker.'

"I don't have anything to say, and what I have to say is not that relevant."

Rock, 38, real name Robert Ritchie, told a US magazine: "Anything that is relevant, I'm going to bottle it up and then squeeze it onto a record somewhere."
