Although fans are still waiting for official confirmation, Britney Spears' Las Vegas residency is imminent, and we couldn't be more excited! Her team has been hinting at the announcement that Brit will take an extended concert contract in Sin City like fellow legends Celine Dion and Cher before her, tweeting from her dog's account (yes, her dog has a Twitter!):

We're so happy about this that we decided to compile 4 songs that would fit perfectly in Britney's Vegas setlist. Read on and tell us if you agree...

4. I Love Rock N Roll

Choice Lyrics: "I love rock 'n' roll / So put another dime in the jukebox, baby / I love rock 'n' roll / So come and take some time and dance with me, ow"

Why It's Perfect: Everybody loves a cover song, and this has to be Britney's best one. Even though Crossroads was kind of a bust, this cover from the movie stands out as the only redeeming moment. Plus, if she wanted a cool stage costume she could totally dress up as Joan Jett!

3. Toxic

Choice Lyrics: "There's no escape, I can't wait / I need a hit, baby, give me it / You're dangerous / I'm lovin' it"

Why It's Perfect: When we think of "Toxic" we think of all the amazing costumes in the video: the futuristic flight attendant, the red-wigged super hero, and of course the nearly-naked sparkly bodysuit — just think of how exciting it would be to see those costumes on the Vegas stage!

2. I'm A Slave 4 U

Choice Lyrics: "Always saying, little girl don't step into the club / Well I'm just tryin' to find out why cause dancing's what I love"

Why It's Perfect: This number would totally bring the house down because everyone knows the words, everyone has danced to it at least once in their lives, and the SNAKE. Did we mention the snake? The SNAKE!

1. Circus

Choice Lyrics: "I'm a like the ringleader, I call the shots / I'm like a firecracker I make it hot / When I put on a show"

Why It's Perfect: Vegas shows are kind of like the circus, right? And the performer is like a ring leader? Well, perfect! We imagine Britney going BIG with this number and maybe borrowing a few Cirque Du Soleil performers for the show.

Now it's your turn: which Britney song do you think would be awesome on the Vegas stage? Tell us below!
