The experiment of the 2-Weekend Music Festival has come to a close with Coachella Weekend 2 wrapping up late Sunday night. The big question was: how was it different from Weekend 1? Thanks to KROQ's extensive Coachella coverage, we have some answers...

Unlike Weekend 1 with it's rain and low temperatures, the final weekend was incredibly hot, reporting record highs of 107 degrees F. On Day 1, Frank Ocean played a totally revamped set From the first weekend and even included a new song allegedly called "Forrest Gump" as well as a Lauryn Hill cover of "Tell Him." Speaking of musical tributes, the most notable one on Day 1 was when The Black Keys were joined on stage by CCR's John Fogerty to play The Band's "The Weight" as a tribute to Levon Helm.

Day 2 saw newcomer Azealia Banks tearing up the stage for a full 10 minutes longer than the previous weekend. The rapper also played two notable covers: Amy Winehouse's "Valerie," and Prodigy's "Firestarter."

On Day 3, Santigold drew an impressive crowd when she played at mainstage in the middle of the blistering sun and extreme heat. Also notable was Gotye who packed the entire tent he played in with lots of overflowing onlookers. To wrap up the last day, Tupac's hologram performed again with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
