Here's An Album's Worth of Handwritten Lyrics From Country-Rock Duo The Wind and The Wave!

The country-rockers wrote out the lyrics to their entire debut album ahead of its August 5th release.

The Wind and The Wave is the Austin, Texas based country-rock duo of Dwight Baker (The Wind) and Patricia Lynn (The Wave), two musicians who owe their partnership to pure serendipity. The pair met by chance after Dwight's wife convinced him to go see a show, where Patricia happened to be the opening artist. After instantly clicking, the two forged a creative partnership, working together on music and eventually setting out under the moniker The Wind and The Wave.

Tomorrow, August 5th, is the release date of The Wind and The Wave's debut album From The Wreckage, a title that Dwight says partially reflects "building a new thing from the ashes of our careers." The album includes 11 songs that often reference that theme of redemption. As a special preview of tomorrow's release, we're bringing you a look at all the lyrics to the album, handwritten by Dwight and Patricia themselves.
