Rihanna's former landlord is suing a neighbour after his 'behaviour' caused the star to move out.

The 21-year-old star was renting a house off landlord Stephan Yacobian in LA earlier this year but when a neighbour sued her in June after claims she and her friends parked their cars on his property, she moved.

Landlord Yacobian has now filed a lawsuit against the neighbour as he says the Umbrella star would have bought the home and he had no right to shout at them as the two owners had a deal she could use the neighbouring driveway.

Yacobian is now claiming that the neighbour's 'harassing behaviour' caused his deal with Rihanna to fall through and he wants the neighb .....

Singer Rihanna said she likes things a "little twisted" and likes playing with her image.

The 21-year-old star is jetting around the world to promote her new album Rated R and admitted to Toure that she had another title for the album in mind.

She said: "I actually wanted to name my album, Such a F-ing Lady, but a couple of stores, a couple of major outlets didn't allow that. That was the title for a while, but Rated R made more sense because of the overall story."

Talking about her style, she added: "I like playing with the tough but not too tough, and being a lady but not too girlie because that's not me. I kind of play on both. I like things a little twisted, a .....

Rihanna will celebrate the new year in style - with a $500,000 paycheck.

The R&B star is being paid to perform at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi, her first-ever gig in the Middle East, the New York Post reports.

"She was supposed to perform in May but she cancelled in the aftermath of the assault [by Chris Brown]. This is a make-up date," an insider told the Post.

Rihanna's representative Amanda Silverman did not comment.

Chris Brown supporters who flocked to the internet after Rihanna's tell-all interview have angered the sultry songstress.

Rihanna - who in a bid to help other young women told Diane Sawyer of Brown's assaulting her -�believes she is now the victim of a Brown backlash.

She said: "I kinda expected it [backlash]. They think that I've got an agenda to destroy his career. That interview was solely to do with inspiring these young girls and providing a voice for them so they can have something to hold onto."

Brown was convicted of the assault and is serving a tough probation that includes manual work community service, counselling and a restraining order to stay aw .....

Russian Roulette singer Rihanna has said she doesn't find working out on her own 'much fun'.

The 21-year-old, who is currently promoting her new album Rated R, admitted that she has to work out daily to stay in shape.

She said to UK magazine Star: "A lot of hard work and a lot of running on the treadmill. Cardio is the key. I have a personal trainer who travels with me if we have a big event coming up.

"I work out daily, but I need a trainer to motivate me - I don't find it much fun working out on my own."

Singer Rihanna said people didn't take her seriously when she first signed her record deal as they thought she has given boss Jay-Z a sexual favour to secure the deal.

The 21-year-old Bajan beauty said she was affected by the rumours, but rapper Jay-Z, 39, wasn't fazed.

She said: "It was like: 'Of course she had to give Jay-Z oral sex to get that deal.' That rumour was everywhere in Barbados and it was so disgusting.

"It made me feel really weird. I would even be weird about Jay-Z. I wouldn't be able to look him in the eye."

But the rapper wasn't bothered by the rumours, she added: "One day, he called and he was like: 'Yo, you can't buy into these rumours. .....

Rihanna loves to get back to basics when she returns to her homeland of Barbados.

"To be honest, I'm even hotter at home, because I'm always naked there. I'm from Barbados, that's quite normal there. My pool boy saw me naked five times already."

She does admit, however to having the same bad hair days as any woman. She says: "Some days I just feel fat, bloated and b***hy. Those are my ugly days."

The singer is launching her fourth album this week and moving forward from her assault by Chris Brown. She has spoken out about dating and her ideal specs for finding the perfect guy in the bedroom.

Sultry singer Rihanna has emerged from the dark chapter of Chris Brown's assault to ponder what it is she wants from a new lover.

Rihanna, who is about to release her fourth album, said her ideal lover's bedroom act has to be up to scratch.

She said: "He has to be good in bed and size matters - you know what I mean. Inner beauty counts as well, but without a toy, it just doesn't make it fun."

Rihanna earlier set the Brixton Academy on fire in London with her first live gig since the Brown incident where she was joined on stage by her mentor Jay-Z and supported in the audience by top rapper celebs including Tinchy Stryder.

Singer Rihanna was said to be fuming when her driver arrived three minutes late to pick her up from a London club.

The 21-year-old singer was waiting at the back door of a VIP club when she started pacing up and down.

An onlooker told UK newspaper the Daily Star: "She was with a massive entourage and one was on the phone to the driver, asking where he was.

"Suddenly Rihanna started shouting in the face of this guy, saying, 'Where the f*** is my car?' After another minute, she squawked, 'I mean it guys, you've now got 30 seconds to get me my car or someone is losing their employment. I f***ing mean it, 10 seconds and I get nasty'."
