dude, this song isnt about mikey, its for frank, that's why he's talking in the begining.
it's about when they stayed in a hotel that was supposed to be haunted, and frank kept having these nightmares about people he loved dieing.
so gerard wrote it to make him fall asleep.
and if you listen to the lyrics, they sound just like frank.
cause sometimes it sounds like hes talking to a little kid, and sometimes it sounds like he's talking to an adult.
but it is a really sweet song.

Um, no. It's about Gerard's experiences at the Paramour Estate. Gerard described his nightmares as 'night terrors' and one night when he was asleep, he felt like someone was choking him. He couldn't breathe, and he couldn't wake up, hence 'It feels as if somebody was gripping my throat.' 'Sometimes I see flames' describes the dreams he had of Joan of Arc burning, and he also saw the people he loved die. He couldn't wake up from his dreams. Lastly, GERARD is the one talking in the beginning and end. Oh yeah, you spelled 'dying' wrong :P

I actually do like this song
Alott.
I hated it at first but now it's one of my favorites.
And I'm not being fangirlish.
It's stupid to get mad at people for liking a song or band just because yew don't agree...

not my favouurite mcr song, by a long way. the subject doesnt interest me as much as most do. and no offence meant, but no-one is being verty constructive. you all seem like adolescent fangirls with nothing to say but 'great'.

Second of all, personal opinions aside, we don't really HAVE to be constructive. It's not like MCR is even seeing this. So who gives a crap is we act "fangirlish?"
