It's definitely about sex. The "big bang" is ejaculation. The whole song has nothing to do with the big bang theory. Every line is sexual in some way. You have to look for deeper meaning in a song. The title isn't always the subject in the song. The big bang was just used to emphasize the sexual innuendos of it.
