Tila Tequila is ready to forgive the porn site that posted her stolen tape if it pays her $280,000 and takes the video down.


The 28-year-old was seen getting close to a naked man in a video posted on porn website 4tube.com, and her lawyer sent off a cease-and-desist letter to the site.


Tequila says in the letter that she will settle the case if the video is removed and she is paid $280,000.


She says the video clip was taken from a laptop she had stolen two years ago and was never intended for public viewing.


The letter claims that the site has two weeks to respond to the letter.

A Shot of Love star Tila Tequila, 27, has penned an emotional note following a suicide threat she made on Twitter two days ago.


A friend averted the planned suicide after the reality TV actress tweeted her intentions.


Tequila alleges she was assaulted by her former boyfriend, Shawne Merriman, in his San Diego home. He denies the allegation, saying he was only trying to prevent her from driving under the influence of alcohol.


Tequila refers to domestic violence and medical help she is now receiving along with the support of her family and friends.

Reality star Tila Tequila is "trying to get away from this horrible nightmare" after her ex-boyfriend reportedly assaulted her.


Tila is currently arguing with ex-boyfriend NFL star Shawne Merriman after it was recently alleged that he assaulted Tequila.


The 27-year-old left a message, expressing her feelings at the moment.

Tila Tequila has rejected the American football player Shawne Merriman's story about his reported altercation with the MTV star.


Despite the NFL player saying that his alleged attack on the Shot at Love star was to stop her from drink driving, Tila still maintains that she was attacked.

MTV reality star Tila Tequila has hit back at claims that she was drunk and defended her San Diego Chargers boyfriend Shawne Merriman, saying that he was simply “trying to protect her” during an early-morning row.


The Shot At Love starlet was taken to hospital early Sunday morning, after allegedly being attacked by San Diego Chargers star Merriman.
