    There is speculation that this song is about her ex boyfriend who also happens to be a musician and musician I love, at that. It's rumored that he wrote his own rebuttal to this song, which I happen to think is very tastefully done. It actually kind of reminds me of me and my ex and what happened with us before he broke up with me.
