Usher Raymond IV, is Usher�s real name. He was discovered by a La Face executive after joining a talent show in Atlanta. A choir boy at 14, Usher was asked to audition for L.A. Reid, La Face�s co-founder. He liked what he heard so he signed Usher under his label. Usher made his debut in 1994 with a self titled album: �Usher�.
