    I think amy lee wrote this song when she was on tour im Russia (i think), she was on the tour bus and realised that there were no stars in the sky. I think she missed the light of america and wrote this song

    ugh. stupid. this song is very good. but its NOT about lights in america. sheesh. its about being lost from Him. Shes saying that doesnt see the star that led the wise men to Jesus. silly goose. She means that its really hard to get back to the LORD when all hope is gone. *snort* lights in america. give me a break.

    evanescence used to be my fav band, until they released the open door, i was ttly dissapointed:(, we waited about 3 years for that? wth, they can do it so much better, but at least this cd has 2 good songs, this is one of those 2
