I think amy lee wrote this song when she was on tour im Russia (i think), she was on the tour bus and realised that there were no stars in the sky. I think she missed the light of america and wrote this song oh bye the way great song! Love your voice Amy!

evanescence used to be my fav band, until they released the open door, i was ttly dissapointed:(, we waited about 3 years for that? wth, they can do it so much better, but at least this cd has 2 good songs, this is one of those 2

I think "The Open Door" is a much more mature and - dare I say it - "polished" album. The songs on that album paved the way for me to appreciate the rest of their stuff (aka "Fallen")
