this song is true.. im getting ready to start my senior year of high school. as much as i hate going to school i know im gonna miss it. this song played at my brothers graduation two years ago and i started to cry because i knew my day was coming sooner than i knew. i miss the first day of being a freshman i miss middle school and the days when we had nap time. im gonna miss being able to see the people i went to high school with and having fun. this is a very inspirational song. it could touch anyone and give anyone the wake up call they need and make them realize that they really will miss the days of being a kid. im sure all the adults who have heard this song thought about their days of being a kid and how much they missed it. i cry when i hear this song now because being on my last year of high school scares me. then its college and then i start my new life as a hard working guy struggling to make ends meet in the economy these days. i already miss being a kid im already paying for everything i have and being treated like an adult. once again. amazing song and i thank trace adkins and the person who wrote it. its given many people the wake up call they needed and i will play this song for my kids later in life when they start to think they cant wait to be out of school and on their own.

im a junior in high school and although i really hate coming to school sometimes i still do it. after i heard this song it was like a wake up call for me. i have been rushing to get out of school when all i want now it to go back or at least just make time stop.

This song does speak the thruth. I am a junior and i was always wanting school to end and then last yr me and my friend was talkin about how we would miss school. I am taking everyday of my days of school now serious because one day i wont have the chance. i look back and remember the good times and how much fun i have had. these really r the good times and i wish i could stay in these yrs all my life. this song inspires me to do that. Life is here and before u know it ur 6,then 16, and then ur 18 next month is my b-day and i am going to be 18 and i not that happy i wish i could go back when i was 13.
