    On March 30, 2009 I was hit by a drunk driver, along with me were my two daughters (15/11).. On june 4th, 2009, a 86 yo woman cross six lanes of traffic into the path of my son (17 yo) on his motorcycle, he had no where to go but into her car. upon impact his left leg shattered, he flew over the car, flipping in the air, landing on his back. It was a horrid scene when i arrived,called by a stranger, to only here "Do you have a son named Nick, come fast it is really bad!" A few days after Nick's accident he wrote down the title to this song, and asked me to please go listen to it. he said mom, when i was flying thru the air, i knew i was going to die. Saying to himself, he only wished he would have hugged me and would of been serious of the kiss he left on my cheek, just ten minutes ago. I have listened to this song repeatedly, crying so hard at times, i couldnt stop. In less then three months I almost lost my three children to total idots who did not think of their actions.
    Thank you so much POD... You have touched one mom in Virginia so deep into the heart!! Also, helped a teen realize (and every friend he has told) how important life is and how at a drop of a dime you could be gone! Thank you very much!!

    So this song def brings me back. It reminds me that no matter how the world is nowadays, we are the one's who define it and make it what is. So how are you gonna change it? I love every second of it.. awesumly orchestrated! from the guitar and b**** synchronizing, to the drums laying the beat, to the strong lyrics being laid out in a linkinpark style.. this'll always be a hit!

    I just found out this song is about my high school and its shooting back in the day. Not a day goes by when I walk into that bathroom where it happened and I dont think of it.
